We are a mother & daughter team whose purpose is to share views about wellness and how to live life holistically. Our vision is to include women of different generations and support them by sharing information about how meditation, movement, herbs, plants, teas, and an eco-friendly environment can make us feel whole.
I am a mom of two amazing kids, a wife of a very supportive husband, and a pet lover. My experience entailed leadership roles for top well-known companies for over +30 years. It is important for me to provide my family and me with a healthy lifestyle.
I grew up with herbs and plants and learned from my grandmother and mother how to make them part of our family's daily life. I attended the American Healthcare of Sciences College for Herbal Studies, and currently taking classes in the healthcare industry. My daughter Annabella is attending college and aspiring to work with children in the near future in the Education field. She too wanted to be involved in a healthier and sustainable culture.
We know there is tons of information to communicate, and we wanted to share it with the rest of the moms, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, nieces, and our BFFs as we believe to keep the rocks in our families full of strength and health! So let us bond with you and BLOOM together!
